1. Acceptance and eligibility
Read these terms and the privacy policy before using the app. You can explore app information and examples without an account; writing and saving a personal diary requires sign-in. By checking the box and continuing with email registration or sign-in, you agree to these terms and acknowledge reading the privacy policy. The app is intended for a general audience and is not specifically designed for children. Minors should review these terms and use the service with a parent or guardian’s guidance. Where parental or guardian consent is required by applicable law, that consent must be obtained before use.
This general acceptance does not replace separate or explicit consent required by law for particular data processing.
2. Service and accounts
We provide four-line diary writing, cloud storage and related features as available in the app. Public examples need no account; writing and saving a personal diary requires sign-in and an internet connection. Use an email address you are entitled to use, do not impersonate others and protect your sign-in credentials. Contact support promptly if you discover unauthorized account use.
3. Content and acceptable use
Your diary content and its intellectual property remain yours or the relevant rights holder’s. We process content only as necessary to provide storage, synchronization, recovery and technical maintenance according to your actions. This does not grant us rights to publish diaries or use them for advertising.
Do not use the service for unlawful acts, infringement of privacy or intellectual property, malware, attacks or bypassing access controls. Ordinary personal writing is not a violation merely because it expresses negative emotions or criticism.
4. Data and service limitations
See the privacy policy for personal information practices. The new app does not offer local diary storage. Text being edited exists only in app memory until the server confirms it has been saved; leaving the editor or closing the app can lose unsaved text. Tap Save while online and confirm success. Local data from older versions may remain on the device; review it after updating.
Network, device, maintenance or third-party failures may cause delays, interruptions or data issues. We will investigate and address issues within reasonable limits, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or recovery in every circumstance. This does not exclude liability required by law.
5. Ending use and deleting accounts
You may stop using the service or request account and data deletion in settings. Successful deletion cannot be undone. Other-device copies, backups and legally retained records are handled as described in the privacy policy.
For unlawful use, serious breaches of these terms or threats to service security, we may apply necessary, proportionate restrictions and explain why when lawful and practicable. You may challenge a restriction through the support email.
6. Changes and responsibility
We will notify you of material service or terms changes as required and obtain renewed agreement when legally necessary. If the service ends, we will provide notice and reasonable data-handling arrangements as required by applicable law.
Each party remains responsible under applicable law. These terms do not restrict statutory user rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law governs matters not addressed here; invalidity of one provision does not affect other legally valid provisions.
7. Contact and disputes
Contact support@4linediary.com to discuss issues or disputes. If unresolved, you may seek remedies before a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law.

1. 接受与使用资格
请在使用应用前阅读本协议及隐私政策。无需注册或登录即可浏览应用介绍与示例；写入和保存个人日记需要登录。主动勾选并继续使用邮箱注册或登录，表示你同意本协议，并已阅读隐私政策。本应用面向普通用户，并非专门面向儿童设计。未成年人应在父母或其他监护人的指导下阅读本协议并使用服务；依法需要监护人同意的，应在取得所需同意后使用。
对依法需要单独或明确同意的信息处理，普通协议勾选不替代该项同意。
2. 服务与账号
我们提供四行日记记录、云端保存及相关功能，具体以应用实际提供为准。公开示例无需账号；写入和保存个人日记需要登录和网络连接。请使用你有权使用的邮箱，不冒用他人身份，并妥善保管登录凭据。发现账号被未经授权使用时，请及时联系支持。
3. 日记与使用规则
你的日记内容及其知识产权仍归你或相应权利人所有。为按你的操作提供保存、同步、恢复和技术维护服务，我们仅在必要范围内处理内容；这不授予我们将日记公开发布或用于广告的权利。
请勿利用服务实施违法行为、侵害他人隐私或知识产权、传播恶意程序、攻击系统或绕过访问控制。普通个人记录不因表达负面情绪或提出批评而被视为违规。
4. 数据与服务边界
个人信息处理方式详见隐私政策。新版应用不提供本地日记存储。编辑中的文字在服务器确认保存前仅存在于当前运行内存；退出编辑或关闭应用可能导致未保存内容丢失。请在联网时点击保存并确认成功。旧版本的本地数据可能仍留在设备上，更新后请检查。
网络、设备、维护及第三方服务故障可能导致延迟、中断或数据异常。我们会在合理范围内排查和处理，但不保证服务始终无中断、无错误或任何情况下均可恢复数据。此说明不排除依法应承担的责任。
5. 停止使用与账号删除
你可以停止使用，或在设置中申请删除账号及数据。删除成功后无法撤销；其他设备副本、备份及依法保留记录的处理以隐私政策为准。
如存在违法使用、严重违反本协议或危及服务安全的情况，我们可采取必要且与风险相称的限制措施，并在法律允许且可行时说明原因。你可通过支持邮箱提出异议。
6. 变更与责任
服务或本协议发生重要变化时，我们会按适用要求通知你；依法需要重新同意的，会另行征求。停止服务时，会按适用要求告知并提供合理的数据处理安排。
双方依法承担各自责任。本协议不排除或限制用户依法享有的权利，也不免除依法不得免除的责任。对未尽事宜适用相关法律；部分条款无效，不影响其他依法有效条款。
7. 联系与争议
如有问题或争议，请联系 support@4linediary.com 协商处理。协商不成的，可向依法有管辖权的法院或有关机构寻求救济。本协议不剥夺适用法律给予你的强制性消费者保护。
